Ajay Devgan recently agreed to delay the release of his own film to help the film of his friend.In a rare gesture, Ajay Devgn recently agreed to delay the release of his own film Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge, to help his friend Aseem Bajaj, whose next film Teen Patti is to release the very same day.According to initial plan, Amita Pathak’s debut production, Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge starring Ajay Devgn, Konkona Sen Sharma and Paresh Rawal, was scheduled to release on February 26 along with Teen Patti, the first directorial venture of Aseem Bajaj’s wife Leena But now, after Ajay’s special request Amita Pathak has postponed the release of Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge by a week and the film will now release on March 5.Sources say that since Ajay Devgn and Aseem Bajaj are extremely close to each-other, the latter made a special request to Ajay asking him convince the makers of Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge to delay the release of their film by a week. And since Ajay is just like a family member to Aseem Bajaj, he immediately agreed to talk to the producers of his film so that Teen Patti and his film do not clash with each-other at the box office.Surprisingly, Ajay seems to have handled the situation in the most wonderful manner because unlike some previous occasion, the producers of two movies are not fighting over the dates of release of their films. In fact contrary to what you generally expect in such cases, the makers of Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge are happy with this arrangement as they point out, “Since both the films are of different genres, releasing all of them on the same day would not go well for their individual markets. We decided to postpone our film.”
