This was the first time the star couple walked together on the ramp for their friend and filmmaker Karan Johar, who in collaboration with designer Varun Bahl ,presented his men's wear collection on Friday.Apart from them, Bollywood's young brigade, Imran Khan and Ranbir Kapoor, also strutted down the ramp.Cheering for all of them were Hrithik Roshan and Suzanne, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor, Preity Zinta, Kajol, Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar, Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor, Yash Chopra, Jaya Bachchan, Anupam Kher and Uday Chopra.Rukh Khan and Gauri sashayed down the ramp together for the grand finale of the HDIL India Couture Week, they stole hearts with their chemistry."They looked wonderful together. It didn't look like Gauri was walking the ramp for the first time, as she was walking with confidence. It was a great show," Deepika said after the show.Johar's collection was glamorous and targeted at today's young generation. "The line is basically formal but has a rock star feel to it. But it is completely wearable," said Johar.

"I was extremely nervous because I have never done it before. I am not used to doing all this," said the actor. "This is not my world. But I did it just for my friend Salman and to support the cause." However, once he got over his inhibitions, Aamir entertained everyone by dancing with the kids who begun the show with a small jig.

Priyanka Chopra’s idol is Shahrukh Khan

Priyanka said that her idol has always been Shahrukh Khan . He is not only her favourite actor but also looks up to him as a person. She finds the way he made a niche for himself in the film industry all by himself extremely fascinating.

She said that the way he got into theatres, television and turned a superstar without any help from the people in the film industry is incredible. She added that she admires a lot about him.

It may be recalled that Priyanka has acted with Shahrukh in Farhan Akhtar's Don and did cameo roles in Om Shanti Om and Billu. Maybe she will get chance to act with him in many more fillms in the years to come!

Ranbir Kapoor-Katrina Kaif

Ranbir Kapoor and  Katrina kafi have a natural knack for comedy. A unit hand of Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani said, “Ranbir and Katrina possess a great sense of humour. The two make jokes at a drop of a hat. Their one-liners can have you in splits. It is this off the set chemistry that has come across on screen too.”

The comic sequences have turned out to be simply hilarious. In fact, the unit could not help control their laughter while the comic scenes were being shot. “Not only Rajkumar Santoshi and Ramesh Taurani, but also the entire crew would break into laughter.”

The unit had become like this one big family. “We had become so attached by the end of it that tears would well up in our eyes when we’d watch Katrina and Ranbir do an emotional scene. But we all kept quiet about it,” said the source.
