Bollywood star Celina Jaitley may have been a part of hit film like No Entry but unfortunately it did not help to take her career in the upwards direction. Since, then though she has been a part of many successful projects like Apna Sapna Money Money, Zinda, Heyy Baby and Golmaal Returns but again it was others, who took away all the credit for the success of those films.And, now she is in the news for all the wrong reasons. Celina is said to be getting hate mails from not only Bollywood lovers but people in general from across the country for advocating the rights of gays and homosexuals and extending support to them.The whole controversy is said to have started when Celina recently attended a function held on the occasion of relaunch of a gay magazine Bombay Dost, where she apparently spoke in favor of homosexual relations and said, “It saddens me to learn that people have so much hatred towards sexual minorities and people who show them support. It’s also unfortunate that people have not stopped their hatred against the gay community but have only learnt to mask it.”Those who are apposing Celina allege that she has come forward in support of the homosexual movement because she herself is lesbian.But, Celina is not at all disturbed. She says that those opposing her cannot stop her from speaking in favor of the homosexuals because she knows that by supporting them she isn’t doing anything wrong. Celina says that she has been working for gay rights ever since she entered modeling world at the age of 18 but she is being targeted now only because after joining Bollywood, she has become a known person. She further adds that the hate mails that she has received have made her resolution to work for homosexuals and homosexuality even stronger.
