Arjun Rampal's career has taken one more turn. The ageing actor has turned producer with I See You, releasing shortly. "When I got into films, besides acting I also started collecting subjects with a wish to make films one day. That it will happen so soon is a surprise for me too. Parag Singhvi of K Sera Sera (co-producer) pushed me and that's how the project started."The film is about television host Raj Jaiswal, played by Arjun himself, who one day finds a girl in his apartment. The girl claims that the apartment is hers. Matters become complicated when Raj finds out that only he can see the mysterious girl.

Obviously, Arjun doesn't want to share further details but he insists it's not a remake of the Reese Witherspoon-starrer Just Like Haven. "The plot is inspired by the Marc Levy's novel, (`If Only It Were True' on which Just Like Haven was also based) but Vivek Agarwal (the director) has adapted it in a new way."He calls it "a fun film with the tag line `You find love in the strangest place', where the simplicity of the narrative will strike the audience."The actor remembered for Khalid Mohammad's Tehzeeb, believes "the most difficult thing is to hold interest in a simple tale. Creativity is about breaking away from the norm and audience are ready to watch different subjects these days."

"Another turn," he says, "is that I am a part of comic situations for the first time. And the challenge gets bigger when you are amidst the likes of Boman Irani and Chunky Pandey, who are well-versed in the genre."

Fresh from Don, Arjun says here the dialogues in his new film are not like Don ko pakdna mushkil hi nahin... They are real and catchy. Everybody gives it back." And he doesn't want to reveal much about the mystery girl, Vipasha, before the release. "She is a newcomer from a small town selected after a long process of auditions. We wanted a face which can make an unrealistic situation look plausible. Her face has that appeal and vulnerability.Arjun, who was launched with much fanfare with duds like Moksha opposite Manisha Koirala followed by Dil Ka Rishta with Aishwarya Rai, is frank enough to accept he has more flops than hits. "The media plays a great role by keeping me aware of my status. It helps to have few slaps to keep you grounded. Things have, however, changed for better with Ek Ajnabee and Don."

He entered the industry when it was unusual to feature models in films. "John (Abraham) and I have changed (some notions). It was hard for we were trained to give it all in 30 seconds. When I saw my first rushes, I thought I wouldn't be able to last here. But the advantage with models is that they understand the body language very well. I concentrated on the strengths and gave up modelling totally."

Shahrukh Khan was asked about it on his return from South Africa recently, he had denied the alleged reports that he has any plans to sell his IPL cricket team, gossip circles have again started speculations that sarukha khan is contemplating this option seriously.Sources say that though the second edition of IPL is still on, saharukha khan has already initiated the process of selling his Kolkatta Knight Riders, which hasn’t performed all that well in the ongoing edition of the tournament. But, if you though that Shahrukh exit will mean less Bollywood involvement or reduction in glamour element in the competition, then you are wrong. Because the man who has come forward to buy a share in the team from Shahrukh is another Bollywood heart throb and Shahrukh’s good friend Arjun Rampal

But, unlike what some of you may like to think, going by Arjun’s remarks on this issue, it seems that rather than Shahrukh, the offer to get involved with the Kolkatta Knight Riders has come from Arjun Rampal’s side only. In Arjun’s own words, “I prefer cricket than any other sport. And yes, I’d love to own a cricket team someday. Maybe one day when Shah Rukh is selling a stake from his share of the ‘Knight Riders’, I’ll definitely buy some. Because I really like that team.”So, it seems that standing by his words, Shahrukh has not shown any intentions from his side to sell the team. Moreover, keeping in mind what Arjun has said, it seems he is only buying a share and not the entire stake from Shahrukh Khan Yet, it may be difficult to guess what Shahrukh will do. There are chances that justifying the title King that Bollywood has given him, Shahrukh may decide to put the memories of 2009’s IPL behind him and continue to be the sole owner of Kolkatta Knight Riders.
