Priyanka Chopra created a mini stampede at Vigyan Bhavan on Friday. The Bollywood star was in the Capital to collect her Best Actress National Award from President Pratibha Patil.

Amid the chaos, the real reason for the function - giving away the National Award for Cinema for 2008 - took a backseat.
