Bipasha Basu, who was in Delhi to launch her fitness DVD, found herself in the middle of a new controversy The Bollywood actress, who was staying at Hotel Ramada Plaza in the Capital, is being accused of locking herself in a room while she was expected at a party as the chief guest. The party was organised by the owner of the hotel, Mr Ashok and Neeru Mittal
