Hollywood Stuff With Indian Actors

Hindi film director Anthony D'Souza claims that his film 'Blue' is neither a copy of 'Jaws' or 'The Deep', even though it has been inspired by the many movies which have been shot with the oceans as the backdrop. The film's promos have started doing the rounds and the one of the most sizzling things about the promo is definitely Lara Dutta in her two piece swim suit, romancing Sanjay Dutt.

Going solely by the film's promos, 'Blue' seems to have been shot with a lot of passion and finesse. D'Souza is quite honest about the fact that they were out to shoot a Hollywood movie with Indian actors. There are enough stunts that the makers of the movie have pulled off to create a buzz about their product. They managed to rope in music composer AR Rahman and Kylie Minogue. Lara may be the film's heroine, but Katrina Kaif has also been roped by the makers for a guest appearance. The film promises to be an action thriller with a lot of underwater stunts, which have not been seen on Hindi films. Even though Sanju and Lara were petrified of water, D'Souza managed to get both to agree to shoot in water. Lara is believed to have trained for a few months before the actual shooting, while Sanju, ignored his lung problem, and insisted on doing his stunt scenes by himself. Set to have been made at a phenomenal budget of Rs 120 crore, 'Blue' is definitely a film to watch out for. There is a certain confidence about the project which belies the fact that it is a first time effort by its director.
